Team Vamoose

Hailing from Jacksonville, Florida, Team Vamoose is captained by Randy Crabtree. Running a 38 ft. Donzi ZFO equipped with triple Mercury 275HP outboards, they can be found fishing for kingfish on the Southern Kingfish Association (SKA) professional circuit tournaments throughout the southeastern region. The team is involved with the SKA, as well as with Ducks Unlimited.

• Captain Randy Crabtree: Involved with the SKA from its 1991 founding, Crabtree currently serves as the organization's general counsel, and has been pivotal to the development and hosting of the "Fishing the Trail" TV series. He enjoys the good natured competition and camaraderie of SKA tournament fishing.

Recent Accomplishments

2006: SKA Yamaha Professional Kingfish Tour, Fourchon, La. • 13th place with a two-day catch of 80.49 lb.

2006: SKA Yamaha Professional Kingfish Tour, Key West, Fla. • 8th place with a 74.64 two-fish aggregate - including a 46.36 lb. king caught on Friday of the event.

2006: KingBuster 400, St. Augustine, Fla. • 2nd place with a 43.90 lb. catch, just .10 lb. off first place.
